[Information on Ticket Refund]SEONG-JIN CHO Piano Recital(12/25)
For realization of Seong-Jin Cho Piano Recital schedule for December this year, we have been considering every conceivable means and paying close attention to the situation. However, due to various reasons affected by the worldwide infection spread of the novel-coronavirus, after careful discussions with the artist and others involved, we have come to the final decision to cancel the concert.
We are very sorry that we cannot fulfill your expectations, but we will be grateful for your understanding and approval.

We will refund on the tickets in the following ways.
Saturday, December 5, 2020 – Friday, January 5, 2021
◆Those who purchased tickets at Japan Arts Pia（Language: English） (by website)
For this cancellation, the ticket refund will be made to the credit card you used for your original purchase.
The refund is supposed to be made in a few months.
Since the time for refund depends on each credit card company, it is advised that you should check your credit card statement carefully.
◆Those who purchased tickets at Japan Arts Pia and Ticket Pia （Language: Japanese） (by phone, website, and at stores)
*If you purchased tickets through Japan Arts Pia for the concert at Minatomirai Hall Main Hall on Saturday, May 30, 2020 (13:00), please refer to (1)&(2).
(1)Those who ticketed at stores (7-Eleven, Family Mart, Ticket Pia Shop)
* You will get refund in cash.
*Please bring your tickets to the store where they were issued by Friday, January 15, 2021, 23:30 [11:30 p.m.] (in the case of a Ticket Pia store, during business hours)
* If you are unable to go to the store, please send the tickets to the Japan Arts Pia Call Center. For details, please see (2) below.
(2) If you received your tickets by delivery:
*The refund will be made by postal money order (yubin furikae haraidashi shosho).
*Please send tickets back by simplified registered mail (kan-i kakitome) so that they are received by Friday, January 15, 2021. (Tickets must be received by this date.)
*Together with the tickets, please enclose a note with the following information:
1) Address to which the refund should be sent
2) Name
3) Phone number where you can be reached
4) Ticket price (per ticket)
5) Number of tickets

*The ticket cost (face value) as well as the postal cost for ticket return (in most cases, 84JPY for the mailing cost + 320JPY for the simplified registered mail cost) and the system use cost (in the case of online purchase) will be refunded by postal money order.
*When a postal money order is sent, a payment certificate will be issued. The planned issuance period is late February or thereafter.
◆If you purchased tickets from the Ticket Center of Tokyo Opera City, the venue of the concert presented by Japan Arts:
*The refund will be made in cash by registered mail, or by bank transfer to an account at a financial institution in Japan.
*Please send tickets back by simplified registered mail (kan-i kakitome) so that they are received by Friday, January 15, 2021. (Tickets must be received by this date.)
