“This gifted young clarinestis even makes his breath a part of his instrument ” (Cho Sun Daily Newspaper), from his debut recital at the age of 11, he has been being spotlighted as one of the most promising clarinetist. Praised for his natural musicality and technique, he took part in numerous music festivals all over the world; Japan International Clarinet Festival, Japan Ikoma Music Festival, Tokyo Asian Clarinet Festival, German Ostfriesland Music Festival, England Hemihelp Charity Concert, Seoul Spring Chamber Festival, Seoul International Music Festival, Great Mountain International Festival and City of London Festival among others.
Han appeared as a concerto soloist with a number of orchestras and collaborated with the Shanghai String Quartet and Bennewitz Quartet, Arto Noras, Jong-Hwa Park, Ju-Young Baek.
Han has also wide range of repertoire from classical music to jazz. Curently, he premiered Jeajoon Ryu’s Sonata per clarinetto e pianoforte with the pianist Ilya Rashkovskiy. As a chamber musician, he is not only the youngest member of Kumho Asiana Soloists and Ensemble DITTO. The video clips of his performance on Youtube have been watched over 3,000,000 viewers and have highly acclaiming commets.
Han graduated Eton College, United Kingdom on a Music scholarship under the tutelage of Andrew Webster. Recently, he studies at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama as a scholarship holder.
